We know how important private lessons are to your athlete’s training and development, and we also know that booking them should be simple, convenient, and stress-free. Creating a better system for our Rain families has been something we’ve wanted to do for a long time, and we’re so excited to finally bring it to you! Rain is partnering with Lime, a new platform built specifically for the cheerleading industry, to make finding, booking, and managing private lessons easier than ever.

What door do I enter for my private lesson?
What door do I enter for my private lesson? Athletes will enter class via Door #5 into the lobby area. Your instructor will come out to the lobby area to welcome you in when it is time for your private lesson.
How do I pay for my private lesson?
How do I pay for my private lesson? Starting September 1st, all Private Lessons will be booked and paid for through our new Lime + Rain app! Scan the QR code here to get started: 
How much do private lessons cost?
How much do private lessons cost? Pricing varies by instructor, type, and length of lesson. Pricing is available on the Lime app at the time of booking.
What should I do if I can't make my scheduled lesson?
What should I do if I can't make my scheduled lesson? If you need to cancel greater than 24 hours in advance, you can cancel your lesson via the Lime app. If within 24 hours, you will need to request a cancellation on the Lime app, and contact your instructor on the Lime app to let them know that you won't be able to make it. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours are responsible for the cost of the lesson.
How do I setup a reoccurring private lesson?
How do I setup a reoccurring private lesson? Many people prefer to have a lesson the same time every week - and we can definitely help you with that! The reoccuring private lesson feature is currently in development on the Lime app, and will be released soon! In the meantime, to get started, book a private lesson (or as many lessons as you'd like) with any of our instructors on the Lime app. You can then reach out to your instructor on the Lime app to let them know you'd like to coordinate a reoccuring lesson.

Do you offer Semi-Private Lessons? Yes! Many of our instructors offer Semi-Private lessons. All lesson types are included in our Calendar on the Lime app!
What to Wear to Class?
What to Wear to Class? Athletes are welcome to wear athletic attire that they are most comfortable in. Most of our class participants wear either a TShirt, Tank or Sports Bra with athletic shorts/nike pro-style shorts. Athletes are encouraged to wear athletic cheer shoes, but may be barefoot if they prefer. For those with longer hair, hair should be pulled back away from the face for safety purposes. No jewelry that can impede athletic performance should be worn.
Do you have a viewing area for private lessons?
Do you have a viewing area for private lessons? We do! Our brand new Class & Private Lesson Gym features a lobby area with seating and glass viewing windows. Due to space limitations, there may be times where your chid's lesson is moved into the main Competitive Team gym. In this case, you may have an obstructed view of their lesson.
