Show Teams at Rain Athletics are a low-cost, introductory level program offering cheerleading teams for athletes ages 2 to 14.

We offer three sessions per year – Summer (June-August), Fall (August – November) and Winter/Spring (January-April). Weekly practices include cheerleading motions, jumps, stunts and age-appropriate tumbling training.

Athletes will learn a short routine to be showcased at a family performance at the end of each session.
